Please fill out the Application Requirements for The Upper Room Crisis Hotline Phone Counselor Training Program

 

  1. Complete and submit online the personnel Information form by clicking here.                 

  2. If you need tech support email turchgrowth@gmail.com.

  3. Provide a reference letter from your pastor or deacon indicating that you are a Catholic in good standing and an individual of reputable character. The reference letter may be emailed to catholichotline@gmail.com or mailed to P.O. Box 3572, Joliet, Illinois 60434 directed to Dr. Terry Smith, Executive Director.

  4. Provide a short description (1-2 pages) of your experiences that have prepared you to serve on The Upper Room Crisis Hotline as a phone counselor and email it to catholichotline@gmail.com.
